The craft

Renovating means
juggling five
different contacts.

  • 01The estate agent
  • 02The architect
  • 03The craftsmen
  • 04The interior decorator
  • 05The property manager

Each one passes the ball to the next. Deadlines stretch, budgets drift, details get lost in the grey areas.

At Maison Maray,
you have just one.

The signature

Three obsessions, present in every project.

Natural light flowing through a Parisian living room, linen curtains
I.

Light

So every room breathes at the hour of the day it was designed for.

Close-up of materials, walnut wood, brass, travertine and linen
II.

Material

Letting materials converse rather than accumulating them.

Haussmannian volume, original mouldings and high ceiling
III.

Volume

Letting the original architecture speak rather than covering it.

The process

Four acts, one thread.

01
Act 01

The soul of the project.

Long listening, daily rituals, way of life. Before drawing a single line, we understand how you truly inhabit the space.

Sketchbook and handwritten notes resting on a wooden table
Act 02

The birth of the concept.

Plans, moodboards, immersive 3D renderings. You walk through your future apartment before the first hammer strike.

Moodboard of material samples, stone, wood, textiles
Act 03

Technical exigence.

Choice of materials, bespoke furniture, weekly site supervision, budget locked from signing. No surprise amendments.

Cabinetmaker's workshop, hands working walnut wood
Act 04

The handover.

Final adjustments, lighting design, choreography of daily life, until it feels self-evident. The day you can no longer imagine the apartment any other way.
